GEP - Sourcing Lead & Senior Sourcing Analyst - Strategic Sourcing

Skills Required:

- Experience in the Sourcing and procurement services

- Strong understanding and experience with Strategic Sourcing

- End to end sourcing projects for goods as well as services

- Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategy

- Hands on experience in Contract Negotiations with suppliers

- Hands on experience in RFx, e-Sourcing and reverse auction

Job Description:

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results

- Very good hands-on skills in Contract management and category expertise in indirect procurement across multiple industries

- Interface with customers to understand their sourcing and procurement functions & provide these services which would help them achieve their goals of cost benefit, timeline and quality

- Supplier negotiation which would bring Saving to customers

- Carrying out contract negotiations, spot buys, RFx and reverse auctions

- Carrying out sourcing, RFQs events, auctions.
