GenY Medium, an angel funded, rapidly growing digital media marketing firm is looking to add 3-4 Digital Marketing Account Managers.  GenY Medium has over a short period of time, established itself as a leading provider of digital marketing services, specializing in social media marketing. The company now has over 35 employees, most from reputed schools in India and rich professional experiences. GenY Medium has several national brands as its clients, including Indiatimes Shopping (e-commerce), Max Bupa & Cigna (Healthcare), Goli Vada Pav and Creyate - Arvind, Sobha Developers (Real Estate) and NIIT (education) amongst others.  Roles and Responsibilities:  - The role is essentially that of people and project management - ensuring deliverables and campaign objectives promised to clients are met.   - This is a senior level role and reports directly to the Head of Operations. The role will become stronger with more number of people reporting as the company progresses ahead.  Desirable skills & personality traits:  Above all, the applicant should be entrepreneurial in nature, someone who is playing for the long term. A long term association with GenY Medium would be essential for this role.   We are looking at candidates who are good with people, display maturity while dealing with colleagues, clients and are great at multi-tasking. Given the nature of the industry the individual should be able to take on pressures of deadlines sportingly.   Other qualifications and experience requirements are:  - Education: Good educational background (IIMs or equivalent preferred)  - Experience: Relevant experience in marketing, branding is preferred. Understanding of marketing principles is a must.  - Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal is a must. Being able to articulate campaign ideas to clients and internal team is essential.  - Analytical Skills: A command on numbers, marketing effectiveness measurement is essential.  Compensation:  Compensation would be modest compared to industry average (Rs. 5 lakh p.a. to Rs. 7 lakh p.a. CTC).
