Job Responsibility:

1. Lead a team of 40-50 associates engaged in accounts payable activities, hence a person must have proven record of interacting well with customers/Vendors/teams across multiple locations and expected to have knowledge of upstream/downstream of AP process and technical knowhow to handle process related issues

2. Should be Analytical and ability to prioritize, manage and organize high inflows between multiple teams across locations and need interact with and influence stakeholders at multiple levels with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

3. Adapt and assimilate to drive change management due to acquisition/migrations/decoupling. High on initiatives and ability to drive them independently with high level of maturity and assertiveness.

4. Anticipate & plan for new hires, prepare for team schedules, plan for resources based on volume projection and current available head count and allocate. Work towards retaining talents within the business and ensure business targets (CTQs) are met by the team.

5. Understand performance metrics and performance trends. Recommend & execute suitable actions to the customer. Make process improvements to ensure delivery on all Performance Targets.

6. Set goals for the team and communicate goals and other information. Meetings with team members and provide feedback to the team members and motivate teams and contribute to team spirits. Conduct annual Performance review. Roll out various contests and other motivational tools for team from Time to time and maintain cultural balance. Proactively resolve people issues and provide a strategic vision to the team.

7. Create and maintain various reports/presentations. Give inputs about portfolio performance to various Stakeholders (including senior leadership at both ends)

- Preferred skills and requirements:. Should be strong on communication skills. Strong analytical, diagnostic, and training skills

- Uphold standards of leadership including accountability, leading by example and good decision-making
