What is the focus of the function:   - Conduct / Lead / Facilitate research assignments to evaluate industry segments for attractiveness - key trends, drivers, growth opportunity, competitive landscape etc Support deal origination process through target identification and screening Analyze financials, build valuation models and define strategic rationale for potential acquisitions  - Support / Project manage due diligence and execution of transaction including discussions on deal structure, contract negotiations and working with legal, finance, HR, Operations functions.
