Will own the design and architecture of portfolio of products in Insurance domain. Ensure that the solutions are built in configurable and reusable manner  - Mentor the development teams and ensure the product/solution development adheres to best practices, the established architecture of the product.  - Lead the digital solutioning for different clients and RFPs, covering all aspects of Enterprise Architecture, technology, integration, security, applications etc.  - BE/BTech with MBA preferred  - 15+ Years of IT experience, with roles of lead, tech architect and solutioning  - Experience in Solution Architecture, IT Architecture, Infra Sizing, Integration and BPM technologies  - Experience in BPM platforms like IBM BPM, middleware and ESB technology  - Enterprise Architecture certification - like TOGAF  Good to have:  Product development experience  Knowledge of Insurance products and integration with them (like duckcreek, Guidewire)   Internal Stakeholders:  Service Line leaders in Insurance domain  Digital Leaders in SOE and consulting teams  Sales and solution teams  External Stakeholders:  CXO level people on business and IT side  IT leads and team members of clients
