Financial Planner at Genpact (Corporate - Senior Manager)

Genpact is looking to recruit a Financial Planner for its corporate office in Gurgaon. This is a Senior Manager role with high visibility to the CFO, CIO and Chief logistics officer of the company.

The requirements are as follows:

- Educational Qualification- CA (preferably first attempt) from batches 2004 to 2007 / MBA (finance)

- Desired Experience – 5+ years of Financial planning and analysis, corporate planning, Business finance experience with prior exposure to CXO level interaction and operating reviews. Good communication skills, negotiation skills, proficient knowledge of excel and power point are essential. Experience of working with an Infrastructure or ITeS company will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

Position – Senior Manager

Reporting to – Assistant Vice President

Business – Corporate Finance

Location – Gurgaon

Work window – 10am to 9pm

Job responsibilities

- Monthly operating reviews with CIO, CTO, CLO and CFO of the company

- Preparation of operating and business plans

- Preparation of monthly dashboards capturing variance analysis by different cuts of expense lines, geography, vertical etc. Preparation of detailed walks/ reconciliations leading to variances giving detailed business insights that can help management take corrective actions

- Help drive cost productivity and work on various revenue enhancing initiatives

- Work with the sourcing & procurement team on negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors

- Raise red flags and provide crucial insights to the leadership to be able to meet targets

- Interact regularly with the senior leadership and provide quick responses to any queries
