For each client, transformation or value definition is different and depends on multiple variables from maturity of their own processes or industry to the tenure and strength of their relationship with Genpact. The function is responsible to define value for clients starting from Genpact run operations and then leading to larger end to end engagements. For this the function leverages capabilities across the organisation - process excellence, technology, analytics and industry domain. This also involves stepping outside to bring in fresh ideas, perspectives to bring in thought leadership and own to solve for the identified opportunity creatively  Why does this job exist-   RPA is an emerging technology tool and clients are experimenting with different approaches on using this tool to transform their operations. It is imperative that transformation partners like Genpact provide the right automation strategy and implementation roadmap, not just to extract short term financial savings but also long term end to end business process improvement. RPA Program managers will provide critical implementation expertise and through leadership to client organisations on their automation journeys. In addition the program manager will bring insights from real life implementations and enhance Genpacts IP around RPA on playbooks, frameworks & use cases. The Program managers will work with the client business teams and drive the automation agenda in a meaningful way.  How does the role add value-   Clients are at different maturity levels on their RPA journey, with most of them looking at their transformation partners like Genpact to handhold them in this critical journey. It becomes critical for us to provide the right level of implementation expertise and program management experience on RPA. It is also important to guide clients not only on extracting the immediate cost savings from RPA implementation but also to anchor the overall digital/transformation roadmap for end to end business improvements.   For the candidates in this role - This role provides a great platform to hone technical, project management and leadership skills across a broad spectrum of client and business situations. Work with cross functional, multi geography client teams to identify and implement RPA projects, linked to client priorities  - Project Management - Drive best in class project management practices in RPA implementation. Lead the execution of Robotic Process Automation projects ranging from assessment to implementation   - Own Frameworks and Methodologies - Refine existing delivery methodologies on RPA and anchor adoption across different teams  - Program Management - Provide program oversight to multiple client implementations. Drive Governance rigor across internal/client teams on RPA implementation progress  - Thought Leadership - To bring industry knowledge, latest innovations and emerging PoVs on Robotic Process Automation. Be the go-to-expert on all things automation for operations/client teams Knowledge, Experience and Education   Essential  - MBA / MCA / BTech with 8+ years of experience  - Prior solution design, process consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience  - At least 3 Implementation / Assessment Project for RPA deployment  - Hands on experience in at least 1 RPA Product  - Project Management Skills  Desirable   - Experience with F&A usage of ERP tools  - Experience in Banking or Insurance or CPG or Heavy Manufacturing  - Global / Onshore Process Reengineering Exposure  - Lean Six Sigma Skills
