This will be a client facing role, where in the client and operating teams supported look to the MBB to define and drive a change agenda with them. MBBs must do so by ensuring alignment of Quality initiatives with the client's priorities; continually improving business processes, solving complex problems, being a conduit for best practice sharing and driving change. This is a leadership role, and the grooming ground for larger transformation lead positions. MBBs and help implement a culture of continuous improvement through "leading by example" and facilitating delivery of business impact/results through mentoring and coaching Black Belts as well as larger organisation (Green belts).  1. Manage a team of Black-belts to drive projects.   2. Identify and Drive high impact projects by working closely with stakeholders. Systematically identify, gather, and analyze pertinent information to develop & accomplish project goals (e.g., reduce risk/cost, improve productivity/profitability).  3. Apply LEAN, Six Sigma tools/functional knowledge to improve process capability and eliminate defects.   4. Coach & mentor other people to drive Lean Six Sigma DNA through GB & Lean Projects.  5. To monitor and track quality project plan implementation to ensure desired outcomes.  6. Communicate continuously with all key stakeholders to create a combined Vision and understanding of the function's activities
