- Supports head of global marketing operations   - Focus to drive scalability (cost efficiency) and quality (effectiveness) by supervising all operations (including content, web/digital - shared service) and strategic communications (AR/PR/branding)  - Provide day to day guidance to marketing operations part of Sales & Marketing shared services,   - Create and enable the right quality of interface with the demand center and field marketing (demand generation) team, as well as with the sales operations and sales management   - Project-manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.  - Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.  - Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.  - Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.  - Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.  - Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.  - Ability to learn digital and other technologies and their impact on marketing processes, attention to detail, tight project management, interpersonal skills, and reliability are key traits of the ideal candidate  Department & Supervisor: Marketing team position reporting to the VP/ global head of marketing operations, Genpact, as well as VP Sales Operations and head of Sales & Marketing shared services.
