Achieve the top line goals of all brands for the customer in the most cost-effective manner - through efficient and effective deployment of funds  - Distribution- Ensure that the agreed brand / SKU are made available as per store format. Increase width and depth of distribution to achieve share of shelf higher than market share   - Placement - Achieve the right shelf placement and planogram for the brand as per strategy  - Align with customer to have the planogram and SKU presence through the year   - Visibility - Ensure visibility tie up for the brands for the year at the optimal cost. Innovation around visibility is a pre-requisite. Coordination with brand team for effective execution of the planned visibility  - Category Management - Work as a category champion with customers to achieve faster category growth leading to market share growth  - Volumes - Ensure that all volume targets that are assigned are achieved for the year. Use Events and activation as a tool to drive volume achievement  - Planning - Monthly / quarterly promotions / activation plans to drive off-takes at the stores  - Fill Rates - Achieve fill rates through proper planning and coordination with supply chain and sales team  - Reconciliation - Account reconciliation on quarterly basis and sign off. Resolution of open issues and sign off for promotion / activation spends payout  - New Product Launches - All New product / SKU to be launched within the agreed timelines and agreed spends  - Data Sharing - Monthly data sharing and analysis to arrive at strategies which drive faster growth efficiently  - Terms of Trade - All brands terms of trade sign off with respective categories. Target sign off to be done and achieved for each customer and brand  - Thought Leadership - Work with customers to try new ideas and innovations to break the clutter and achieve faster growth than category   - Claim submission and closure - Work with customers to see that all promotion / activation spends are\submitted within the agreed timeline and cleared.  - Prompt communication with the company on competitor activities and suggestions/ recommendations  - Resource Utilization and training - Training and alignment of objectives with sales team includes Sales officer- s, - Promoters so that there is seamless execution of plans  Qualifications:   The ideal incumbent is:   - A full-time MBA from premier institutes, with specialization in Sales and Marketing   - At least 3 years of Relevant experience with FMCG sector, ideally Food companies.   - Should have good knowledge of Sales, Distribution, Finance and Marketing concepts.   - Good general management, negotiation, leadership, analytical & people management skills.   - Should have sharp business acumen.   General Mills prides itself in being one of the most admired companies for its integrity in managing its business and its employees.
