Job Responsibilities:   - Responsible for managing operation of plant to achieve the target by defining collaboration strategy, planning, close monitoring of operations.  - Responsible for improved financial performance, increased productivity and enhanced internal controls and effective operational processes in a fast- paced competitive environment.  - Responsible for managing heads / leads of operation of Production, Engineering, Utilities, Commercial, Store, Excise & Dispatch.  - Responsible for creating and ensuring processes for execution of policies and procedures necessary for product quality.  - Responsible for facilitating, co-ordination and quality communication among the various departments and their respective heads.  - Responsible for managing all departments cohesively with appropriate facility operations and maintenance.  - Instrumental in implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001-2000 system.  - Proper utilization and alignment with the key stakeholders and subject matter experts in the evaluation of options and technical alternatives.  - General administration of plant and liaison with government departments.  Desired Candidate Profile  - Must have demonstrated professional excellence in strategy, planning and execution of works management, production, quality, engineering, personnel administration, commercials function and projects.   - Proficient in achieving objective by facilitating, developing and involving people and organizing cost effective methods  - Fully conversant about plant floor management, commercial function, general administration as well as liaison with various government agencies.  - A self motivated energetic and result oriented person with strong people management skills at all levels of organization is must.  - Well versed with ISO 9001 Quality Management concepts.   - Strong command on written and spoken English.  Years of Experience – 12 years and above  Education:  B.Tech (Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer), MBA from reputed Indian Colleges
