General Manager - Transitions - BPO

Job Description :

- To manage end to end transitions (Preferred F&A Background)

- To ensure the transition methodology is well understood and implemented

- To ensure smooth communication - both internally and externally

- Deliver high customer satisfaction ( internal/external )

- Play a role in identifying new opportunities with customer, new ways of generating revenues etc.

- Involve in Opportunity Analysis/ customer due diligence

- Provide Transition solution inputs in RFPs, RFIs.
