General Manager - Transformation (Quality)

Location : Pune

Role Overview:

- Head transformation for a Line of Business within the organization.

- Own, lead and manage transformation initiatives & projects for all businesses under the LoB

- Lead and execute Six Sigma projects on a program level working with champions.

- Guide, Mentor and manage Black Belts and Green Belts and their projects.

- Work with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure all processes are optimized and undertake breakthrough improvement initiatives.

- Work with other LoB transformation teams and foster best practices, streamlining and formation of transformation strategies.

Role Necessities:

- The ideal candidate would have prior experience in Master Black Belt roles in the Outsourcing/BPO industry.

- Should have experience in working on Energy/Utilities businesses.

- Must have proven track record of successfully guiding Black Belts and Green Belts through their projects.

- MBB certification (from premier certifying bodies only) preferred.
