Technical

- Bids/ Acquisitions/ Pavement Studies on existing highway assets

- Review all technical aspects of bid documents including preparation of pre-bid queries in coordination with design consultant and EPC Contractor

- Be adept in and lead, supervise and coordinate all technical studies like site reconnaissance surveys, highway/structures inventory surveys Pavement condition surveys and BBD, etc. for evaluating the residual pavement strength as well as deciding the optimal pavement design for the life cycle of a highway asset;

- Maintenance Management on existing Highway Assets

- Monitoring of maintenance programs/maintenance of existing highway assets

- Attending to any specific issues arising in maintenance from technical angle;

- Cost Control

- Prepare annual and life cycle maintenance costs for existing highway assets

- Develop and Maintain an effective MIS to control the Operation and Maintenance costs on a monthly/ yearly basis within the available budgets
