Of this, 5+ years of International hiring exposure  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role - Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Candidate will be part of Perm Leadership and will manage the Talent Exports P & L, will need to be able to acquire/manage clients across geographies at senior levels.   - Candidate will need to be able to build/ manage a team for this, She/he will need to be mature and an ideas person, willing to try new methods to get the job done, planning on ideas for future ( long term ), working on projects ( that may give short term to medium term benefits ), achieve targets per month, and coordinating with various functions within the company.  - Candidate should have hiring exposure of 10 - 15 years, of which 5+ yrs should be in International Hiring.
