General Manager - Strategy & Planning - IT

Position : General Manager-Strategy & Planning (9-12 yrs) (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role :

- Incumbent will work on go-to-market strategy, annual business-wise plans (both annual and long-term)

- Development of Long Range Plan (3 year strategic plan for the business unit)

- Identify growth opportunities, both short term and long term

- Lead and drive key strategic initiatives

- Identify key strategic issues facing the organization and give insights and recommendations

- Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, ROI analysis to support planning initiatives

- Manage key strategic programs, management reviews and discussion forums

- Conduct internal consulting project to support delivery units

Requirements :

- MBA (Premier Institutes) with 9-12 yrs (Post MBA) experience in Strategy & Planning / Management Consulting for a Technology Company

- Candidate should have excellent presentation skills and ability to convert strategic ideas into actionable and communicate them

- Strategic, analytical and lateral thinker

- Excellent influencing & facilitation skills

- Ability to motivate and lead people
