Key Responsibilities:  As a member of the senior management team, will have the following key responsibilities towards developing competitive advantage for our business  Facilitating - out of the box- strategic thinking in the top management team through presenting your analysis, benchmarking studies etc. and institutionalizing the process at various levels of leadership.  Project evaluation to revisit assumptions vs. actual deliverables.  Continuously scanning the internal and external environment of our business for opportunities and threats and alerting top management to any new trend with suitable proposals.  Being the custodian of the organisation's Strategic Business Planning process and its implementation to ensure its quality and schedule.  Being project leader for key strategic assignments or projects arising from the SBP.  Creating a strategic planning cell staffed by competent professionals.  Supporting Top Management in all improvement activities.  5. Performance Parameters  Effective SBP formulation as per schedule.  Effective monitoring of SBP implementation and support.  Number of meaningful analysis and proposals of strategic nature.  Effective staffing and functioning of Strategic Planning cell.  Synergy with other Corporate functions.  Qualification: BE (Mech / Elec), MBA from reputed institute.  Experience : 10-15 Years
