JD For GM Sales & Marketing :
- Develop and co-ordinate companies sales and marketing function
- Develop sales and selling cycle and methodology
- Develop and manage the sales / marketing and internal budget for the division
- Establish and implement companies Long term and short term goal & SOP
- Recruit / Train & motivate sales force
- Develop strategies for long term growth
- Has to have key insights about market and competition to develop counter strategies as well as develop new products and markets by identifying gaps
- Develop a culture of Data driven Approach
- Develop a culture of weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly reviews
Attributes :
- Should have worked in FMCG or Stationery trades and have kept insights into Retail working
- Should have good interpersonal skills
- Should be have command over numbers
- Should be good a data interpretation
- Should be able to deploy Marketing activities
