Experience:  - Should have worked with FMCG/FMCD/Foods/MR Company preferably with multi sector experience - FMCG, modern retail, foods etc.   - 15+ years of Experience in Sales with significant experience in Distributor & Account Management  - Should have exhibited skill of leading sales at a zonal/ regional head role for minimum 5 years.  - Experience across different channels preferred - Traditional stores, modern retail, e-commerce, govt. channels etc.   - Should have managed a large dispersed team for at least 5-6 years with a demonstrated ability to teach, coach and grow strong organisations  - Experience across GTM design, trade promotions, MR Operations, Channel Management, Sales Capability etc is preferred  - Should have worked in an MFT environment preferably leading an MFT to deliver business for a BU/region/Zone  - Experience of managing and being responsible for P&L/Budgets.  Job Responsibility :  1.
