Looking for a General Manager - Sales for a Leading FMCG Company - Mumbai.

Experience : 7 - 18 Years

Industry : FMCG/ Foods/ Confectioneries

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for handling General Trade and Modern Trade Channel for Maharashtra Region.

- Marketing - BTL and ATL activities. Coordination with the Marketing team for planning.

- Responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the Consumer Product Division.

- To Build and continuously improve the team's performance.

- To build and exploit the marketing, sales & distribution infrastructure.

- Training & Development of the Sales team.

Skills Required:

- Candidate must have good experience and exposure in handling Distribution Channel.

Qualification: B.Sc - Chemistry Preferred or Any Graduate + MBA/ PGDM.

- Team Management Skills.

- Self Driven and motivated.

- Good Market Knowledge and Networking skills.
