General Manager - Sales - CPG - IIM/FMS/XLRI/MDI

The incumbent will be leading a team of Area Sales Managers and Activation Manager and will be responsible for Channel Sales, Distributor Management, Sales Planning and Activations.

The incumbent should be a full time MBA passed out in 2006 / 2007 / 2008 from premiere institute (like IIM's, SIBM , FMS Delhi, MDI, JLBIM, NMIMS, XLRI, IIFT, SPJIMR etc) with at least 6 - 9 yrs of post MBA experience in Sales & Marketing with reputed FMCG / CPG Company. Female candidates will be preferred.
