One of our clients, A leading MNC real estate company is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.   General Manager-Residential sales  Basic Job Purpose:   - Responsible for achieving residential sales targets in the region  - Will lead a team and be responsible for target setting and achievement.  - Develop and maintain Builder relationships   - Ensure updating of residential property database   - Develop new channels for lead generation  - Formulate and create marketing strategies  - Responsible for Sales Promotion to HNI's and NRI's.  - Keep track of competitor's business and look for potential candidates to hire  - Innovates and creates reward programs for the sales team to keep them motivated  - Define the Training Drill, Content and ensure delivery and also define the audit mechanism  - To ensure Service Quality, deal verification and plug loop holes in the system  - Look after collection & receivable management.  - Responsible for P&L for the area.  - Monitoring and maintaining information systems  - Maintaining cordial relationship with other teams and departments and passing on business opportunities to them.  - Monitoring productivity and suggesting improvement plans.  - Recruitment and training of the team.  Education & Experience:  - Must be a graduate with 8+ yrs of residential sales from reputed real estate consulting firms in Hyderabad.  - Should have good knowledge about the location.  - Should be handling team.
