They are redefining how tea is consumed in a huge unorganized growing market currently they are at 8 cafes in Delhi/NCR, we are providing tea on demand through their disposable kettles and have created their own blends of premium desi tea. They are looking to aggressively grow to 60 cafes across 4 cities within the next year.   Education : Graduate in Engineering / MBA.  Responsibilities :   - Responsible for partnerships to bring increased brand awareness and right recall about the company.  - Responsible for all institutional sales and non-cafe business development  - Responsible for recruitment of right set of customers for company's cafes, tea on demand and tea leaves.  Capabilities :   - Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week.  - Strong business development experience, preferably across sectors.  - Experience with key account management and sales.  - Candidate must be high on energy.
