Experience & Qualification : 10+ years of experience at the senior level, should possess Graduate with Post Graduation in Logistics Management in a reputed institute/s. Should have worked as Head of Operations for a reputed company from the field of cold storage

The key accountabilities for this role are :

- Develop strategy and lead the Supply Chain Planning, Scheduling and Logistics components of the Business

- Lead the operations with intelligent foresight that anticipates challenges that may arise and resolve them in advance

- Develop the customer base and manage them by continuous customer understanding and focus

- Achieve and exceed financial and operational objectives set by the management

- Develop a strong & effective work team. Manage them to perform highly which will lead them to achieve organisational goals and thereby individual goals
