- Handling the Insurance Tele Sales Team

- Handling the Team of Direct Sales Executives

Candidate Requirement:

- Should have Experience in Internet Real time Database Management (Must)

- Min. 5 Years Experience of working in a BPO

- Min. 2 Years Experience as a Senior Operations Manager/ Operations Manager

- Excellent experience in Insurance & Sales background

- Good Communication Skills
