Work Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 15 - 20 years (Overall)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing Capital Expenditure / Project Finance Proposal
- Monitoring Project implementation
- Arranging Term Loans/ Commercial Paper / Overseas Finance for Group Companies
- Analyzing / assessing Mergers & Acquisition, Joint Venture proposals and participating in negotiation etc.
- MIS Analysis / Budgeting / Costing and Cost Reduction Proposals.
- Assist in improving the Financial Fundamentals of the Company / Group Companies and thereby improving Credit Ratings.
- Trouble Shooting: Evaluating Business Models, Analysis of performance of Overseas Subsidiaries, improving current system and procedures etc.
- Coordination with Consultants for improving Financial and deciding future strategies.
- Any other need based assignment, to be assigned from time to time.

- Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
