Job Description :

- Bidding support, Tender documentation (RFQ, RFP, LOA), Heads of Terms/Term Sheet, MOUs, Joint Bidding/Consortium Agreements, Concession Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, Implementation Agreements, Fuel Supply Agreements, Long Term Spares & Services Agreements, EPC Contracts, Subcontracts, O&M Agreements, Supply Agreements, Assignments, Procurement of land, negotiation with land lords, maintenance of land records, statutory compliance modules, liaison with governmental authorities, briefing advocates, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, Sale Deeds, Gift deeds, Due Diligence reviews, Title search reports, Civil and commercial disputes, Legal opinions, Inheritance claims, Joint Development Agreements, MOU's, Contractual disputes, Advise on land reforms Act, Bye laws, Zoning regulations, etc

- Corporate structuring, Merger & Acquisition, Due Diligence Reviews, Shareholders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, MOU- s, Project Finance, Security Creation, Escrow Agreements, Settlement Deeds, Consultancy Agreements, Outsourcing Agreements, Commercial Litigation, Legal Opinions.

- Drafting, whetting, interpreting and negotiating a whole range of Technology Contracts for the IT Sector, such as Software Development Agreements, Service Agreements, Out Sourcing Agreements, Statements Of Work, Purchase orders, Time & Material Contracts, Information/content provider Agreements etc,.

- Infringement and passing-off actions, Trademarks and copyrights registration, Software protection and data protection, Confidential information protection, Software Licensing Agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements, Assignment Agreements

- Legal support to HR Dept, Interpretation of legislations, drafting and interpretation of Service Agreements, Employment Contracts, Appointment letters, Non - Compete Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Disciplinary codes, Termination letters, Resignation issues, General Release and Severance Agreements, SH inquiries, handling employee claims etc
