Role:

Responsible for handling litigation matters

Handling labour compliance and statutory part of it

Expertised in drafting, vetting and negotiating all types of agreements

Experienced in handling lease agreements/leasing transactions and property related matters

Would handle a PAN INDIA role

Required skills:

8-12 yrs of experience working in legal department in a corporate firm, either from Insurance or Telecom or BFSI industry is preferred.
