Client is a USD 1 billion Commercial Real Estate Fund with 3 million sq ft of Commercial office space under management across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad. The role is to primarily undertake all drafting work related to lease deeds and other contracts of the commercial office space leasing, with an oversight over other legal matters and contracts. The fund counts among its investors several UHNIs and a blue chip global investment bank. It aims to become a US 3 bn fund soon.  Job Description/Responsibilities :  - Good in Contract Drafting, Documents Drafting e.g. Sale Deeds, Agreement to Sell ( ATS), Collaboration, Lease Deeds   - Drafting of Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Resolutions and other Legal Documents  - Vetting of legal agreements and legal documents.   - Providing legal opinion regarding Documentation.  - Coordinating with Lawyers for litigation/ Court appearances.  - Undertaking Legal Research regarding various laws regarding Real Estate  Desired Profile of the candidate   Candidate with 6 +years of experience of working in a Developer or Fund.   Excellent Communication Skills and exposure in the above mentioned areas.
