KRAs:  Will be responsible to look after the strategy for various business functions like Sales & Marketing, Finance, R&D, HR etc is aligned well to their respective Regional & Global IT Strategy.  Drive the execution of the defined strategy with appropriate levels of business engagement and teamwork.  Manage delivery of IS/IT services delivered through internal or 3rd party teams. For both internal and 3rd party services, standards must be agreed and measured through a service levels.  Establish a sound program/project management structure. Actively engage with the project implementations and provide overall steer and guidance to the project team.  Ensure the correct prioritisation of investment is made reflecting and supporting the business priorities.  Drive Strategic operations, execution of the IT Transformation plan and manage the cross divisional application portfolio. Oversee high priority projects represent India IT at global IT organizations and participate in key initiatives and projects. Drive the implementation of the Country Transformation plan to achieve the overall objectives of aligning with Global IT Functions, driving appropriate synergies, maintaining customer satisfaction levels.  Desired Candidate Profile:  Ideal Candidate will be B.E / B. Tech in Information Technology or Computer Science with 10 15 years of experience working with leading MNC in managing the IT department, including demand Governance, delivery Governance and benefits management Governance.   At least 5 years in a leadership role is MUST.   A good understanding of change management and the organizational impacts of changes in IT infrastructure  Experience of delivering in various business functions like Sales & Marketing, Finance, R&D, HR etc   Women candidates Preferred.
