It is the most preferred destination for artists, media and trade on account of its extremely stable and high quality of leadership, transparent, non-hierarchical and empowered work culture along with innovations in product management and promotional strategies.  Sony Music Entertainment is the home to over 10,000 artists and constantly working with local artists, studios and content creation companies.   Job Profile:   - Act as the face of HR, People Development and enhance the culture code for the company  - Generalist HR with experience across the gamut of HR functions - talent acquisition, HR operations, training and development, employee life cycle management, organization culture development and change management   - Responsible for planning and implementing Talent Management and Engagement initiatives with a specific agenda to drive the culture for the organization  - Co-ordinate with the Business heads and Functional heads in the recruitment process including the on-boarding, orientation and defining KPIs for various roles.   - Build relationships with recruiters, draft briefs, set up interviews where necessary and interview senior hires as mandated by the business  - Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary  - Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way  - Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant  - Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration etc  - Work with our Global HR team for developing customized and general training needs and developing cross market exchange programs  - Run a successful Intern and Management Trainee program  CANDIDATE PROFILE  - Eight plus years of generalist HR experience   - Creative and Empathetic.
