General Manager - HR
Location - Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Partner with the senior stakeholders to drive the people agenda to enable business growth
- Responsible for managing the IR function in the org including all the applicable statutory and legal compliances.
- Lead the agenda on employee engagement to make the organisation an employer of choice
- Drive the cultural transformation agenda for the organisation
- Will be responsible for the end to end life cycle management of HR operations such sourcing, performance management, compensation etc
- Drive org-wide productivity and capability building interventions
- Ensure that manpower planning, Succession planning, and Skills assessment is done in a way to leverage business impact
Candidate Profile :
- MBA in HR from a Premier Institute
- 10-12 years of experience in HR generalist role spanning across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management and Learning and Organization Development.
- Working knowledge of IR processes, Labor laws and Statutory compliances
