Company Profile: Our client is a large, professionally managed, highly profitable Manufacturing organization in Hyderabad with headcount over 1000 and a number of manufacturing plants at different locations in India. They are the largest manufacturers & World Leaders in their field. Our clients are seeking to recruit HR professionals to be based in Hyderabad. We have the following positions:

1. GM-HRD: Leading, designing, managing and implementing Human Resource Development initiatives

KRAs:

1. Develop / take forward HR plans which incorporate goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.

2. Provide support to the top management with respect to strategic decision-making and advice on important organizational issues. Improve the performance of the organisation with effective implementation of Performance Management System.

3. Nurture healthy Organizational Climate, maintain harmonious employee relations in the organization and ensure timely redressal of employee grievances.

4. Ensure that effective and appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place which meet statutory requirements and encourage pursuit of best practices.

5. Undertake manpower planning & talent acquisition for various department and other SBUs.

6. Designing and executing appropriate manpower development plan covering the entire spectrum of employees. Coach and mentor staff, as appropriate, to improve performance.

7. Develop appropriate employment engagement activities to retain talent.

8. Maintain healthy relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.

9. Identify risks to the organization's people property, goodwill, and image and take proactive measures to control risks.

10. Provide effective services to various internal and external clients of the Group. Proactively meet the needs of the internal clients.

11. Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.

12. Management of Contract Labour/ Manpower Outsourcing by complying with all statutory requirements.

13. Ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various Labour Laws as applicable to the organisation.

Candidate Profile: MBAs with 15-28 years experience of developing and implementing HR policies in mid-to-large organisations. Have good exposure to Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, Performance Management System, Policy Development, Employee Engagement, External Liaisoning, Contract Workmen Management, Applicable laws in a manufacturing set-up, Devising Communication strategy for all levels etc. Knowledge of a South Indian language is a must.
