Purpose of the Role :  Design, Create and Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including compensation and Benefits, statutory compliance, health and welfare benefits, records management, safety and health, employee relations, employee retention, and others.  Payroll Management :  - Manage End to end Payroll Management  - Taxation and Payroll compliance coordination  - Attendance and Leave management  - Contract Staffing management  Compliances Management :  - Ensure compliances with all employment regulations, Laws (including Shops Act, etc.)  - Ensure Compliance calendar is maintained and followed for all the offices at global level  - Track and record maintenance  Employee Life Cycle Management :  - Ensure smooth execution of joining and onboarding process  - Ensure all the logistics support extended to the joinee - seating arrangement, System, Access card, etc.  - Ensure employee records are created and maintained in the system and personal file is created  - Manage employee transfers and relocations  - Monitor and track efficiency and effectiveness of employee assistance and ensure optimization  - Provide support and guidance to teams/Functions on all aspects of employee discipline, and employee related matters.  - Manage HR Information System  Exit management :  - HR Policies & Processes Implementation and Evaluation :  - Ensure correct usage and adherence to all the policies and processes  - Ensure PMS initiation and adherence to the timelines  - Ensure timely communications to employees on all the updates/modifications of policies and processes  - Update and maintain JD repository for all the roles  - Manage Tally help cell  - Grievance administration  HR MIS and Analytics :  HR Budgeting & planning :  - Periodic analysis of people data and reporting them on a monthly basis.  Compensation & Benefits :  - Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of the C&B policy and processes  - Monitor and report benefits design and implementation  - Take initiatives for the C&B benchmarking by conducting surveys.  - Participate in Annual C & B reviews and propose strategies for improvement/ streamlining of the same.  Finance :  - Own preparation/finalization of HR Budget and ensure its tracking (on utilization, etc.)  Amit A   9810900610
