About Company :  Provides globally integrated commercial real estate and investment services that transform real estate into real advantage.-   Role:-   The role is Lead Human Resources Business Partner for one of largest business lines. The candidate would be the central point of contact for Business on all HR matters i.e. HR process management, L&D interventions management, HR reporting including advice and guidance to the business. The candidate would also be responsible to lead transitions for PAN India and will also be the Compliance Champion for the business line. The HRBP Lead will work with the Corporate HR team to agree and make recommendations to Leaders that are consistent with local country practice and legislation.  Responsibilities :   Provides HR leadership for the implementation and interpretation of HR Strategy, People policies and programs, coordination of information flow etc.   Leads and guides the HRBPs within the country for all employee engagement initiatives and programs.   Works with business leaders/ managers on implementation of people processes - Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition programmes, Talent management, L&D coordination, Merit and Bonus review process etc.   Provides interpretation of people policies and procedures; i.e. guides managers in handling sensitive issues wrt performance management and other employee relations matters.  Ensures that employees within areas of responsibility adhere to the corporate policies and procedures and are in compliance with applicable HR requirements.   Implements required initiatives and best-demonstrated HR practices in conjunction with management.   Provides HR insight into operational issues and goals.   Prepares and audits data to ensure appropriate business decisions are being made within the areas of responsibility. Uses data to make educated decisions and suggestions to management.   Lead Transitions for various new accounts; Strategically manage the team and client through smooth transitions to ensure client service needs are met.   As Compliance Lead for the business line, work with the HO Compliance team on issues requiring investigation and recommend outcomes to the leadership team (I.e. issues around contravention of ethics, harassment, grievance etc). Strategically build relationships with key stakeholders and leadership members both internally and externally, to ensure service levels are being met.  Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving employees, clients, and other internal and external customers. Create people related dashboards, metrics etc. to facilitate decision making.   Desired Skills and Experience - Qualifications & Experience   Bachelor's degree along with an MBA in HR will be preferred;   Experience of 10 - 15 years, preferably in an MNC. At least 10 years of solid generalist HR experience spanning HR Business partnering, Employee Relations, L&D, HR Ops or Analytics Experience of working in multi-national environments for large globally based organizations with complex matrix reporting structures.   Experience in the same or similar industry is not essential  Aptitude & Skills Required :  Business acumen/ ability to understand Business- financial terms and principles is required.   Strong communication and presentation skills;   Proven ability in stakeholder management and matrix management Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups and leaders Ability to assess a situation and adapt quickly, making sound decisions.  Organisational skills/ ability to manage time and workload effectively Proven record of providing excellent internal customer service with demonstrated ability to create value Excellent interpersonal and consensus management skills with ability to persuade and influence others Strong knowledge and experience in dealing with employee issues/ matters.   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR tools.
