Description :

Reporting to the GC, you will be responsible for :

- Handling India Litigation

- Advisory of real estate matter - DD, acquisition, leasing and litigation

- Supervising regional teams in operational matter

- Interacting with statutory bodies for policy advocacy

- Managing IT rel-Panated initiatives of the company

- Implementing and monitoring the compliance framework for the company

Profile :

- Lawyer with overall experience of 15 years or more

- Experience in handling litigation on a Pan India basis

- Experience in handling high stake litigation

- Team management experience

- Exposure to real estate and telecom laws
