Create visibility of company values and vision through various initiatives  - Driving HR function towards excellence through process improvements and people initiatives  - Managing Strategic HR Process  - Act as a responsible business partner and ensure HR support towards meeting overall business goals of the geography  - Partner function heads and business with benchmarking industry best practices  Employee Engagement:   - Develop and institutionalize out of the box employee engagement programs to build a happy and highly engaged team  - Develop innovative employee recognition programs  - Ensure employees are engaged and demonstrate company Brand values.   - Ensure that office environment is compliant with Health, safety and hygiene norms HR Statutory compliances - ensuring no nonconformance.  - Ensuring effective Employee relation, reward management   Talent Acquisition:  - Identify and recruit on a timely and organized basis the talent needed to support the business growth.   - Design better recruitment systems and processes and implement strategic changes.   - Forecast recruitment based on expansion plans  - Monitor and ensure overall performance of recruitment vertical wrt quality, costs, and timelines   Compensation Management :  - Develop & recommend and maintain competitive and creative compensation programs for all employees.  Performance Management:   - Create effective performance management system in collaboration with department heads to measure individual performance and to identify opportunities for improvement and challenges.  Learning and Development:   - Facilitate Training Needs Identification  - Identify or recommend necessary programs intended to aid individuals and groups in improving their job performance.  - Improve the skills and well-being of our team through training, coaching, and counseling.  Talent Management or Succession Planning:  - Work closely with top management to identify high potential employees.  - Ensure specific initiatives to retain critical and valued talent across levels Employee Engagement  - Develop necessary succession plans and innovative organizational development initiatives to build an efficient team and talent pipeline.  IR & Statutory Compliance:  - Ensure smooth functioning and cordial environment at factory premises  - Contract Labor Management  - Ensure adherence to Statutory Compliance  Administration:  - Effective grievance management  - Oversee all administration related assignments  - Ensure Capex & Revenue Budget utilization as stipulated  - Vendor Management  - Contract Management  - Bill Management
