The position is for a leading Mid-cap IT Services company with business spread across the globe. it is headquartered in the US and has Development Centers in NOIDA, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai.   Suitable candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for the following :  - Financial accounting and auditing in Indian and US GAAP  - Indian and Global Taxation  - Monthly MIS with business commentary  - Board presentations with analysis  - Management of Business Unit MIS and discussions with them  - Operations like invoicing, AP,AR, Payroll, PF etc  - Support CFO in Board meetings and calls   - Some exposure to M&A  Candidate Profile :  - Must have passed Chartered Accountancy in not more than 3 attempts  - Must have at least 12-15 years of post qualification experience.  - Should be able to lead a team of 15-20 professionals  - Must have some exposure to working in a ERP environment  - Should be very good with numbers and figures and should be able to engage with senior leadership during periodic financial reviews  - Good communication skills  - Good Presentation Skills
