1. Responsible for Corporate Registry Business & be responsible for its P&L.  2. Drive the team & ensure that all the operations happen as per SOP, SLA & TAT without any error.  3. Responsible for Relationship Management with the Client & address issues promptly.  4. Ensure timely & proper response to all the investors of the Client companies.  5. Responsible for managing the entire team & ensure training for them  6. Provide required reports & inputs to senior management  7. Relationship Management with the Regulators & Ministries & resolution of possible issues.  Attributes expected in the Candidate :  1. Must have Registrar & Transfer Agency experience &/ or experience in Capital markets business (domestic or international)   2. Experience in BPOs handling non-voice processes desirable.  3. The ideal candidate must have a combination of R&T companies/ Capital market related companies and experience in good BPOs   4. Minimum of 15 years- experience. Prior experience in heading P&L in similar business is essential.  5. Minimum Graduate. Preferably with a Management Degree.
