- Experience in Setting up HR Function from Scratch and have handled projects in areas including - Policy Design, Org Structure Redesign, Change management, Goal Alignment, Compensation Restructuring, Performance Management Systems etc.

Educaton : MBA from Premier institute

Year of experience : 8-12 Years.
