There is an excellent Job Opportunity for A leading Infrastructure Company in Delhi.  Designation: General Manager - Consolidation & IND AS  Qualification: CA  Job Responsibilities:  Lead Center of excellence  Providing expert guidance / technical support to subsidiary finance teams & group consolidation team on IND AS, IGAAP & group accounting policies  Drive for adoption of uniform Accounting Policies across all subsidiaries in consultation with group and subsidiary statutory auditors  Formulate & implement new / revisions to financial Policies & Processes for the Group, including getting the consent / consensus of the Finance Council & auditors  Monitor the adherence to key financial processes & group accounting policies   Studying proposed new / changes to the companies act, accounting standards, rules, etc., identify the major impact areas and make representations to appropriate authorities / bodies on any adverse impact or improvements required  Making representation to the accounting bodies and government authorities, seeking clarifications / exemptions on accounting matters / issues  Provide post implementation support on IND AS to the finance teams  Identify the changes required in SAP on account of IND AS implementation and anchor the process of arriving at the solution and implementation  Conduct regular training / knowledge sharing sessions on accounting matters  Consolidation of financials  Provide support to the financial consolidation process  Review of the subsidiary financials and highlight / escalate deviations, qualifications and any other issues  Identify improvement areas in the consolidation process and initiate action for deployment of the same   If interested do reply me with your updated CV and mention the following details.  1.
