Job Profile :  - Responsible for total Security Operations & P&L management for West Region.  - Security Services Operations, P & L Management, Business Development, Collection, General Administration, Client Relationship, Client Retention, Recruitments, and Attrition Management etc.  - Relevant knowledge of security standards and procedures  - Relevant knowledge of Fire and emergency rescue system  Job Responsibilities :  Process & Operations :  - Drive operation ruthlessly to over deliver on Service Benchmark   - Ensure SOP adherence for all processes through random checks & audits  Customer Relation :  - Lead from front to ensure Customer Satisfaction leading to Customer Delight  - Get personally involved to manage complain, if required  - Client Retention  Business Development :  - Regular review with Sales team to ensure achievement of budgeted sales plan  - Closely work with Sales Team to align operation with forecast  Finance:  - Accountable for Regional P&L and Credit Control  - Monitor all expenses prudently to be below budgeted expense (% wise).   - Also will be accountable for debtors.  Security Training's and programmes :   - Ensure regular training's are conducted for all fire wardens  - Ensure first aid training is conducted for all first aiders  - Ensure security awareness sessions are conducted for all the new employees  - Ensure emergency evacuation drills are conducted at regular intervals.  - Assist in conduct of audits and conformance reviews from security perspective.  Key Skills :  - Excellent communication & Presentation skills  - Strong leadership Skills  - Team Management Skills  - Problem Solving and Analysis Thinking  - Open to Travel frequently  - Good Client Relationship  - Proactive
