When you join our team, you become part of a stimulating work environment with vast opportunities to sharpen your skills and embrace new leadership challenges.   Please note that candidates for this role will not be eligible for transfers internally to other GE businesses  Role Summary/Purpose:  - The selected candidate will be part of GEGS (GE Global Services) team as a part of the RCF’s (GE’s Retail Consumer Finance) extended risk analytics team.  - The candidate would be engaged in providing valuable SAS programming and analytics expertise in the area of consumer finance risk analytics.  - The selected candidate is expected to understand the consumer finance risk scorecards,assess the health of the scorecards and provide strategic and data-based insights on scorecard performance to the RF  Essential Responsibilities:  - The selected candidate will work closely with the RCF Risk team to understand the various RCF risk scorecards and analyze their performance  - Responsible for ensuring a stable process for assessing scorecard health  - Must be able to understand the scorecard health assessment process end-to-end and in a manner that they are not only able to create these dashboards but also provide business relevant insights  Qualifications/Requirements:   - Resource must have at least 3 years of experience is analytics / research domain / programming / score card monitoring  - Demonstrated experience analyzing business data with the ability to distill large amounts of information down to the critical areas of focus  - Minimum graduate in quantitative discipline like statistics, mathematics / BE / Econometrics  - Well versed with SAS programming - SAS Base / SAS Stats / SAS Macros  - Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare clear communication and confidently present meaningful analysis to senior management.  Desired Characteristics:  - Experience in credit risk domain with knowledge of scorecard development  - Understanding and exposure to statistical techniques like Liner regression, Logistic regression, Segmentation  - Hands on experience of working with software’s like SPSS, VB, SQL etc.
