Gauge Data Solutions - Lead - Digital Marketing - US Region

Job Title : Lead : Digital Marketing (US region) Job Location : Noida, Sector 132

Key Responsibility Areas :-

1.) Lead the Go-to-market strategy for AI & Machine Learning based products intended for US market using Digital platforms.

2.) Digital Marketing strategy : Develop and execute digital marketing plan for our Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning based products targeting the US market.

3.) Marketing Communication : Lead and manage content strategy for marketing communication across all digital platforms.

4.) Lead generation : Come up with rich marketing content for high-visibility and attracting a qualified and targeted audience to the digital platforms which result in new leads.

5.) Web analytics : Create and analyze an online marketing analytics dashboard which will enable us to make data driven decisions for leads and marketing. Track, report and analyze website analytics and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns

6.) Work directly with executive leadership and prime stakeholders in steering challenging revenue goals across the assigned geographies.

Prior work experience covering following domains (4+ years of relevant work experience ) :-

1) Digital Marketing Strategy formulation and management: Mobile Marketing, Search Marketing, Social Media Management, Online Display & Video Advertising, Digital Marketing Metrics, Online User Behavior.

2) Content Strategy and Management.

3) Adept at working independently or as part of a team to deliver results.

4) Should have lead a product launch in US market through online medium with proven track record.

5) Working in agile startup environment leading the digital marketing space would be an added advantage.

Preference would be given to those with dipositions as follows:-

1) Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

2) Excellent verbal and written communications skills

3) Passion for working in a dynamic startup environment; comfort with uncertainty and ability to deliver results under pressure

4) Smart, creative, energetic, conscientious, and enthusiastic persona with strong problem solving skills.

5) Enjoys a fast-paced, energetic environment. Entrepreneurial and results oriented.

Educational qualifications :-

Masters from tier 1 college in Digital marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or other related fields.
