Position: Manager L&D  Location : Pune (Willing to travel to our Wai plant and Regional offices as and when required)  Experience - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in L&D  Education: MBA HR from premier institute only ( XLRI/TISS/XIM/MDI etc)  Key Responsibilities:  - Responsible for the strategic oversight of training and development sub-function to meet the needs of internal staff, business partners and clients.  - Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the operation.  - Regularly leads important regional initiatives and has ultimate accountability for the function.  - More a L&D strategic partner developing and addressing behavioural and leadership need.  - Act as a driver to bring a cultural change  Experience/Exposure:  - Extensive L&D background in competitive environments  - Developed human capability to drive profitable revenue growth and satisfied customers  - Contributed to strategic planning and decision-making for alignment of the L&D strategy with other business strategies  - Excellent corporate and business communication skills with people management  - Experience of creating a learning culture  - Excellent Networking with Training Professionals, Institutes, Consultants, Outbound Sites etc.
