Total Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR Generalist Activities  Relevant experience: 6 to 8 years  Role: Corporate HR   Communication Skills: Must be good in verbal & written communication  Shifts: Primarily 9.00 A.M - 6.00 P.M  - Candidate should be having good understanding of the HR function in IT/Managed Services/Offshore Development Organization setup.   - Should have ability to adjust to the changing environment.  Role:  - Managing Employee life cycle from Hire to Retire  - Lead various HR Initiatives on employee engagement   - Lead the Training efforts and organize technical and softskills training with help of various training institutes. Put together a training calendar in consultation with Line Managers. Partnerships with most institutes are already in place.  - Play active role HRMS, Performance Management System, Employee Surveys, Comp & Benefit etc  - Key focus on HR Generalist activities  - Understanding of payroll, HR Compliance requirements  - Strategic and ability to think and lead the situations pertaining to employee concerns  - Eye for detail
