They provide technology solutions to Broadcasters (TV Channels, Studios), Operators (Telecom, DTH and MSOs) and Enterprises (Retail, Large Corporate and Government).

The company has grown 100% in the last year and expects to grow 100+% in 2016 as well.

About the Product / Market :

Based on the technology deployed to Broadcasters and Operators, Gaian has created world class Enterprise Video Network solutions which enable companies to centrally control TV screens i.e. configure the screen layout, schedule. The solution also enables enterprises to integrate social media, third party data sources and configurable apps the provide completely vital information like Airport & Railways schedules, Traffic Info, Weather, Stock Info and more.

The target market is all businesses with a retail front face - across all sectors i.e. Clothing, Footwear, Food & Beverage, Health & Wellness, Hospitality, Healthcare, Oil & Gas among others. The company plans to become the dominant market leader in this space.

About the Role - B2B Sales Leadership :

- Gaian Solutions is looking for a natural B2B sales leader who loves to manage a team of sales people and close sales numbers. The person should have an impeccable sales track record and a ready rolodex to use.

- The person should have created and grown channel sales as a strong revenue stream. The person is now ready to build multiple channel partners across the country.

- The person is analytical, meticulous and detail oriented when it comes to running a sales engine. The person revels in exceeding targets every time and wants to be part of a company aiming for phenomenal growth.

- The person is hungry for growth and is willing to go the extra mile to build a successful organization. The person should travel significantly across the country to build relationships with sales people, channel partners and customers across all locations.

- This specific business unit is expected to grow at a minimum 10x YOY for the next 2 years.
