Regional Sales Head - Car finance  Job Description:   Drive regional sales targets for Used Car - Finance business   Responsibilities:  - Drive monthly revenue targets for the business  - Work closely with the business head to drive regional sales action plan in line with business objectives   - Identify, develop and manage channel partnerships, especially with dealer principals  - Develop and manage a team of capable and motivated sales professionals in the region  - Define and manage operational processes to track product usage & improvement metrics   - Managing dealer-centric operations & ensuring high dealer satisfaction  Candidate profile:  - Graduate / Postgraduate from Tier 1 institutes.  - Atleast 4 years of sales management experience in retail banking, preferably auto loans  - Prior experience in building & managing channel partnerships (e.g. dealer network in case of auto loans)  - Exceptional leadership qualities - team and people skills are a must  - Ability to work in a high pressure & deadline driven environment  - Problem solver  Locations:  North region: Gurgaon  West region: Mumbai  South region: Bangalore  Please indicate your preferred location while applying.
