Key Roles:  - Setup up mechanism for periodic business reviews and create relevant material (reports, presentations) and MIS packs (excels, BI tools etc.)  - Program manage new initiatives - monitor and report progress and problem solve any roadblocks as required   - Conduct primary and secondary research to develop understanding of overall market, competition activities and generate consumer insights  - Design and execute financial analysis to support development of strategic insights  - Design new processes and structure to support launch of new products, roll-out of products across geographies and clients  Key Requirements  - Education: Recent MBA from tier 1 MBA school in India, Engineering / Maths undergraduate  - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)   - Ability to make sense of ambiguity  - Strong business and financial acumen  - Ability to work in cross-functional settings and influence without formal authority  - Proficient in Excel   - Strong project management and coordination skills
