Customer :
- Implementing customer connect initiatives
- Implementing remedial initiatives to improve the mystery shoppers score.
- Coordinating with CSD team for department related query resolution , for the queries forwarded through customer care helpline
- Bringing in improvements in Customer Service by tracking and resolving Customer Grievances
- Increase in the Average ticket size
- Managing and improving the customer satisfaction
- Implementing of customer connect initiatives
People :
- Ensuring the Incentive payouts efficacy at the store level
- To Play a catalyst role in bringing together Exclusive staff and PCBA staff
- Ensuring optimum manpower productivity across the departments
- Ensure strict adherence of floor rostering
- Responsible for ensuring periodic training as per the training calendar.
- Staff Sales Productivity by proper manning of focused and core products
- Ensuring the Incentive payouts efficacy at the store level
- To act as a change agent for the store
- Conduct Skip meetings
- Managing , Motivating & mentoring the Team
- Conduct Training programs for team
- Ensure team attends the nominated training programs as per the Training calendar
- Facilitate implementation of Teams Learning from Training /Coaching programs
- Monitor attendance for the team
- Responsible for reducing employee attrition at store level
- Participate in the performance management process
- Auditing process for In store training
- Forecast people requirements to support business strategic objectives, which includes succession planning, leadership development, long & short term staffing plans.
- Develop and maintain an organisation culture of competent professionals.
- Continuously evaluate role requirements, map competencies and skills of current incumbents, identify gaps and implement development initiatives
- Institute change-management practices in the organisation and facilitate their acceptance by employees/senior management.
- Develop the monitoring Processes & Policies thru effective MIS system
Product :
- Ensuring Stock Availability on the floor including proper Product handling, identify the stock movement trends and coordinating with the category in arriving at proper MBQ's and presence of new & fast moving stock
- Implementing Perpetual inventory taking schedule as per the schedule provided by the Stock team
- Preparation and participation for Stock Take as per SOP
- Coordinate with Field Merchandiser to receive assigned quantity of Merchandise from warehouse as per STO
- Ensuring optimum manpower productivity across the departments
- Catchment study and initiating appropriate marketing initiatives
- To Drive Sales for all brands
- Ensures the Implementation of VM standards
- Usage of Store management tool
- Reduction of negative inventory
Process :
- Plan & manage focus category targets achievement
- Managing Mall cost control
- Managing the space productivity of the store
- Control pilferage and shrinkage
- Controlling store level shrinkage

- Checking if Discount & promotion sheet being maintained across the store.

- Ensuring Morning store briefing & weekly briefing across the store
- Weekly Auditing, Exchanges & Alteration process
- To ensure adherence to store opening / closing process

People Profile :
- MBA or any other PG professional course
- 10 to 12+ years of experience of which atleast 2 years as a store head / Profit Centre Head in leading retail/FMCG with Retail Background with good Ops and Sales Exp
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills and people management skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Good at Retail sales skill & Customer relations Management
- Flair for fashion
- The ability to lead and inspire teams of creative personnel and brand creators to achieve company’s stated goals.
- Skill at both long-form brand creation and real-time (immediate) brand creation and distribution strategies and tactics.
- The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the customer needs to know and how they want to consume it.
- Leadership skills required to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors.
